Junior Media Buyer
About the role:
We are seeking a Junior Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and management of media buying strategies for our iGaming brands. You will work closely with senior media buyers and the marketing team to execute high-performing campaigns that attract and retain users within the iGaming sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms focused on driving traffic and conversions for both casino and sportsbook verticals.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to meet KPI targets (CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.).
- Help identify and target crypto-savvy audiences and niche iGaming markets that align with the company’s products and goals.
- Assist with managing and allocating ad budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient acquisition strategies.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimizations.
- Stay updated on market trends in both crypto and iGaming spaces, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives (copy, banners, videos) that appeal to target audiences.
- Ensure all ads comply with the relevant regulations for iGaming and cryptocurrency advertising (regional and platform-specific guidelines).
- Work with affiliate managers to leverage partnerships for increased brand exposure and traffic acquisition.
- Learn and use various media buying and tracking tools like Voluum, Binom, and RedTrack.
What we expect from you:
- 1-2 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or performance marketing (preferably within iGaming or crypto industries).
- Proficiency in using analytics and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance and derive insights.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, native ads, Google Ads, social media advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with the online casino, sports betting, and cryptocurrency sectors is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging content that resonates with crypto-savvy gamblers.
- Focus on achieving measurable results, hitting KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail in campaign setup and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the iGaming and crypto landscape.
- A genuine interest in cryptocurrencies and the iGaming industry.
Good to have:
- Prior experience in a crypto casino or sportsbook.
- Experience with ad networks such as Coinzilla, Bitmedia, or any crypto-related traffic sources.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
