About the role:

We are looking for an experienced 3D Generalist Artist to help shape the artistic identity of our brand and serve as the foundation for building a talented 3D team. This role will be pivotal in developing the core 3D assets and compositions that will support our brand’s visual language across our product UI, marketing materials, and user communication channels.

As our 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-quality asset library, ensuring its continuous development to support evolving creative needs. If you're passionate about crafting immersive visuals and are up for a challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

• Design and create stunning visuals for igaming brands, including game assets, promotional graphics, and icons, that align with the brand’s aesthetic and enhance the user experience.
• Develop assets for marketing campaigns, email promotions, banners, and social media, designed to engage and retain players.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of visual designs within the products.
• Continuously refine and optimize existing visual content to drive user engagement and enhance product appeal.
• Maintain alignment with the brand’s artistic direction while meeting all technical requirements.

What we expect from you:

• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 3D art.
• 4+ years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Expertise in texturing and shading, with a strong ability to create stylized assets.
• Highly creative with skills in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Blender (or equivalent software), Photoshop, and After Effects.
• A creative and resourceful mindset, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to match designs closely to references.
• Clear and effective communication skills for providing direction and incorporating feedback.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

• Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry.
• Proficiency in Spine animation and prototyping tools.
• Experience creating assets for apps or interactive platforms.
• Skills in creating 2D assets.
