About the role:

We're a fast-growing iGaming company with 58 passionate team members. We’re building something exciting and need a strong Head of People to help us attract, engage, and retain top talent. As our first HR hire, you’ll set up everything from scratch—processes, culture initiatives, and performance management frameworks—to make Gepard Media an incredible place to work.

What you will do:

• Build an inclusive and high-performance company culture
  
• Set up employee engagement programs (surveys, events, recognition programs)
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders and managers on HR best practices
  
• Implement a structured performance review system
  
• Create career development frameworks and mentorship programs
  
• Provide leadership coaching and training for managers and team leads
  
• Develop policies for onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and benefits
  
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices
  
• Establish HR analytics and reporting to track key people metrics
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  
  
  What we expect from you:
• 5+ years in HR, ideally in a startup or gaming/tech company
• Experience setting up HR processes from scratch
  
• Experience with BambooHR
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
• Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
