About the role:
We are looking for a DevOps to join our team to maintain, automate, and enhance cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do:
- Maintain, automate, and enhance cloud infrastructure on AWS and servers.com.
- Manage and support Kubernetes clusters (deployment, monitoring, CI/CD).
- Ensure high availability and scalability of services.
- Administer and optimise data streams using Apache Kafka.
- Set up, monitor, and optimise PostgreSQL databases (replication, backups, performance).
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub CI).
- Support, monitor, and maintain corporate services (VPN, SSO, access management, internal tools).
- Administer VPN solutions, manage user access and SSO integrations (Google Workspace).
- Ensure security and compliance of the corporate IT environment (IAM, secrets management, audit logs).
- Manage secrets using Vault and similar solutions.
- Support, configure, and maintain service mesh infrastructure.
- Support and troubleshoot gRPC-based services.
- Ensure the security of infrastructure and corporate services.
- Participate in on-call rotation outside of regular working hours (respond promptly to incidents and critical outages).
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE.
- Hands-on experience with AWS administration (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (Helm, Operators, Custom Resources).
- Experience working with Apache Kafka (administration, optimisation, monitoring).
- Strong skills with PostgreSQL (ideally at DBA level).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting and managing corporate IT services:
- VPN administration (OpenVPN)
- SSO configuration and user access management (Google Workspace)
- Management of permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and access audits.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
- Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions.
- Experience supporting service mesh technologies.
- Experience with gRPC in a microservices environment.
- Participate in on-call duties outside of regular working hours (mandatory)
Nice to have: - Experience with infrastructure testing automation.
- Background in iGaming or FinTech industries.
- Scripting skills in Python/Bash.
- Experience with Golang and Node.js for infrastructure automation (e.g., writing operators, utilities, scripts).
