About the role:

We’re looking for a Head of Affiliates who understands the iGaming affiliate ecosystem and wants to scale it. You’ll own the affiliate strategy across current and future brands, with a strong focus on crypto and develop a high-performing team to execute. You, with the help of your team, will be the primary contact for affiliate partners and a key driver of revenue.

What you'll do:

• Track market trends, analyze affiliate performance, and represent us at industry events.
• Manage, optimize, and grow the affiliate program.
• Own the affiliate channel: control costs, improve ROI, and expand reach.
• Build and maintain partner relationships that drive revenue.
• Work with Country Managers on promotional plans.
• Align with internal and external teams on commercial terms and campaign improvements, ensuring competitive offers and effective CRM.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years as a Senior Affiliate Manager in iGaming, specialising in crypto affiliates is a plus).
• Full professional English.
• Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Solid grasp of CPA deals and acquisition channels.
• Experience with CPA networks is a plus.
• Ability to plan outreach and create marketing plans that deliver hard KPIs.
