About the role:

We’re looking for a Japanese Country Manager who knows the market inside out, from cultural nuances and consumer behavior to affiliates, media, and product trends. You’ll own the growth strategy for Japan across current and future brands, with a strong focus on crypto, and work with global teams to tailor campaigns, partnerships, and products to local needs. You’ll be the face of the brand in Japan and the key driver of market revenue.

What you'll do:

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and player preferences to guide strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with local affiliates, media, and partners.
• Localize campaigns, offers, and products to match market expectations.
• Work with Affiliates, CRM, and Product teams to optimize acquisition and retention.
• Represent the brand in Japan and at international industry events.
• Own the Japanese market P&L: control costs, improve ROI, and expand reach.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years in iGaming, with direct experience in Japan (crypto focus is a plus).
• Deep understanding of Japanese market, customs, and player behavior.
• Full professional Japanese and English.
• Strong network of affiliates, partners, and media in Japan.
• Negotiation skills and a KPI-driven mindset.
• Ability to create and execute growth plans with measurable results.
• Proven track record in scaling user acquisition in Japan
