Senior DevOps Engineer (Tallinn office)

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, automating, and scaling our cloud infrastructure while ensuring security, high availability, and performance.

What you'll do:
- Maintain, automate, and enhance infrastructure on AWS and servers.com.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of services.
- Use Terraform and other IaC tools to manage infrastructure consistently.
- Manage and support Kubernetes clusters (deployment, monitoring, CI/CD).
- Work with Helm, Operators, and Custom Resources.
- Support and troubleshoot gRPC-based services.
- Maintain service mesh infrastructure.
- Administer Apache Kafka (setup, optimisation, monitoring).
- Configure and maintain PostgreSQL databases (replication, backups, tuning).
- Implement and support GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimise workflows.
- Administer VPN solutions (OpenVPN) and manage user access.
- Configure and maintain SSO integrations (Google Workspace).
- Manage secrets with Vault or similar tools.
- Ensure compliance, IAM best practices, and audit logging.
- Use Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for monitoring and observability.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents promptly.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE.
- Hands-on experience with AWS administration (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge (Helm, Operators, CRDs).
- Experience administering Kafka
- PostgreSQL expertise, ideally at DBA level.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Knowledge of VPN, SSO, and corporate IT administration.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
- Experience with Vault or similar secrets management tools.
- Ability to support gRPC-based microservices and service mesh infrastructure.
- Willingness to join on-call duties outside regular working hours.
Nice to have: - Experience with infrastructure testing automation.
- Background in iGaming or FinTech industries.
- Scripting skills in Python/Bash.
- Experience with Golang and Node.js for infrastructure automation (e.g., writing operators, utilities, scripts).
