Middle DevOps Engineer (Tallinn office)
About the role:
We are looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer who will help maintain and develop our cloud infrastructure and internal services. You’ll be working alongside senior engineers, learning advanced technologies, and gradually taking on more responsibility.

What you'll do:
- Support AWS and servers.com infrastructure (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM).
- Assist with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
- Help maintain Kubernetes clusters and deployments.
- Learn and use Helm for deployments and configuration.
- Provide first-line support for microservices and gRPC-based services.
- Assist with PostgreSQL administration (backups, basic performance tuning).
- Work with Kafka under supervision (setup, monitoring, basic troubleshooting).
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub CI).
- Automate recurring tasks with scripting (Bash, Python).
- Support VPN access and SSO user management (Google Workspace).
- Assist with secrets management (Vault).
- Follow security best practices in day-to-day tasks.
- Set up monitoring dashboards and alerts with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Respond to alerts and participate in incident handling with guidance.
What we expect from you:
- 1–2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM).
- Basic Kubernetes knowledge (deployments, Helm charts).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL administration.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with GitHub CI.
- Experience with Linux, networking, and scripting (Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Eagerness to learn Kafka, Vault, service mesh, and gRPC.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation after training.
Nice to have: - Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Exposure to Apache Kafka.
- Knowledge of corporate IT administration (VPN, SSO).
- Previous experience in iGaming or FinTech.
- Interest in Golang or Node.js for infrastructure automation.
