CRM Executive
About the role:
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for a large scale of different areas of CRM and its related activities, including planning, execution, copywriting, testing, segmenting, analyzing and ensuring high metrics across all customer journey points. This role is suitable for a flexible individual, capable to succeed in performing multiple various tasks as well as to see a bigger picture of CRM while building customer journeys from the point of activation until churn. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will play a crucial part in formulating the overall CRM strategy for multiple markets. You will work closely with other CRM team members as well as the members of the marketing team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to customer retention and CRM in general.

What you'll do:
Maintaining the CRM calendar and taking part in planning of CRM campaigns and activities
Implementing and executing of the retention offers and promotions using appropriate systems in place
Testing, sending and scheduling email and other channel campaigns to the customers, using appropriate systems in place
Segmenting distribution lists based on campaign requirements
Providing regular reporting to the Head of CRM on the success of campaigns and activities
Liaising with relevant teams to ensure the smooth running of CRM campaigns
Analyzing competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Monitoring, analyze, and report on campaign and CRM metrics
What we expect from you:
Previous experience in igaming
Fluency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)
A customer-centric mindset – you always keep the KPIs in focus and think from the customer’s perspective
A knack for writing engaging copy
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
A collaborative team player who is also confident working independently
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Russian or German is a plus
