About the role:

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and developing the digital identity of our iGaming brand across multiple social channels. You’ll design, execute, and monitor campaigns that build community trust, increase brand awareness, and boost player engagement. This position requires a strong creative mind, analytical insight, and a deep understanding of player psychology in the igaming world.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute social media brand strategies aligned with marketing objectives.

• Manage official pages on X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Telegram or Twitch

• Oversee content calendars, engagement metrics, and community responses.

• Collaborate with design, PR, and campaign teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Collaborate with CRM team to create communication about events and campaigns

• Analyze player sentiment, engagement rate, and brand tone resonance.

• Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and social storytelling.

• Stay ahead of digital trends in iGaming culture and influencer marketing.

• Prepare regular performance reports and insights, providing clear recommendations for optimization and scaling.
  
  What we expect from you:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.

• 3+ years of social media or branding experience in gaming or entertainment.

• Deep knowledge of igaming communities, live streams, and player feedback loops.

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout, or Meta Insights.

• Very strong writing, communication, and creative collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, test-and-learn mindset;

• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
