About the Role

At Gepard Media, we're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Affiliates to lead and grow our affiliate channel across our existing and upcoming iGaming brands.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you'll shape our affiliate strategy, build strong partnerships, drive profitable growth, and develop a high-performing team.

Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll take ownership of the affiliate channel, from strategy and budget management to partner acquisition, program positioning, and performance optimisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy across casino, sportsbook, and crypto-focused brands.

• Own the affiliate channel budget, KPIs, forecasts, and profitability, focusing on FTDs, NGR, ROI, and partner quality.

• Identify new markets, traffic sources, and partnership opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with top affiliates, CPA networks, media groups, and streamers.

• Lead commercial negotiations and optimise CPA, RevShare, and hybrid partnership models.

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase affiliate program visibility and attract new partners.

• Represent our brands at major industry conferences, networking events, and affiliate forums.

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing affiliate team, setting clear targets and supporting professional growth.

• Monitor affiliate performance, player retention, LTV, and traffic quality to maximise channel profitability.

• Collaborate with CRM, Product, Brand, and Country Management teams to improve conversion and retention.

• Analyse competitor activities, market trends, and emerging traffic sources to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Ensure affiliate activities comply with relevant regulations, marketing guidelines, and internal policies.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing, including at least 2 years in a Head of Affiliates or Senior Affiliate Manager role with program ownership.

• Proven experience developing affiliate strategies, managing budgets, and delivering measurable commercial results.

• Strong existing network of casino, sportsbook, and crypto affiliates.

• Hands-on experience acquiring, negotiating, and managing high-value affiliate partnerships.

• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commission models.

• Experience promoting and positioning affiliate programs through marketing campaigns, industry events, and partner acquisition initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of FTDs, NGR, LTV, retention, ROI, and traffic quality.

• Experience leading affiliate teams or demonstrated ability to build and develop one.

• Solid understanding of affiliate platforms, reporting tools, and fraud prevention.

• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Practical experience working with crypto casinos and crypto affiliate traffic.

• Experience working with CPA networks, streamers, and emerging markets.
